There are also some fantastic analogies in the book, that really stuck in my mind, like this one:
‘…their bodies streaked with purple-pink patches of lividity, giving them the appearance of of an unevenly cooked sausage.’ Although I will probably never eat a sausage again, it really conjured a vivid imagine in my mind. Read more here

Every so often I come across an author, whose books I have never read before. Janice Frost is such an author. When I was asked if I would like to take part in the blog tour for ‘Their Fatal Secrets’, I accepted because I knew that it would help me get to know the author as well as discover a new series. All I can say is wowzers what a book this is but more about that later. Read more here
The thriller element of this story was really well executed. I really liked how it has the common plot of thrillers where the characters take one step forward in finding out what’s going on and then take four steps back. Read more here
